The first step to volunteering with our refugee programs is to attend an information and training session. Please DO NOT fill out applications or complete background checks until AFTER you have attended one of these sessions. This is an opportunity to learn about the current refugee situation, the various ways you can get involved, and about refugee advocacy.

After you have completed Volunteer orientation/training and completed your application, you will receive an email from Sterling Volunteers to complete a background check. Thi is required prior to volunteering. | You will be contacted by one of our Volunteer Coordinators to begin volunteering with our refugee program! |
