We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to assist with the planning and execution of LFSRM's annual fundraising Innkeeper dinner. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that LFSRM is able to provide a memorable experience for our attendees and meet our fundraing goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a great cause, make an impact, and connect with others in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Event:
- Assist with event set-up, including decorating the venue, arranging tables, and preparing materials.
- Promote the event through personal and professional networks.
- Organize silent auction items or other event materials.
- Procure silent auction items leveraging personal networks and resources.
- Attend volunteer orientation or pre-event briefing as scheduled.
- Plan to attend the event (cost to attend is not included with volunteering.)
Event Day:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the event.
- Support with silent auction set-up.
- Provide directional assistance, answer guest inquiries, and encourage guests to engage in event activities.
Post Event:
- Assist with clean-up, including removing decorations, packing supplies, and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.
Skills and Qualifications
- Friendly and welcoming attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from event organizers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods (if required for certain roles.)
- Prior event or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required.
Our 2025 Innkeeper will be held on September 18, 2025 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs.
